OLD SAYBROOK POLICE COMMISSION
MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
AUGUST 27, 2007
A special meeting of the Old Saybrook Police Commission was held on Monday, August 27, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. at the Old Saybrook Town Hall. PRESENT: Chairman Conklin, Vice Chairman Gallicchio, Comsr. Burnham, Dobratz, Metsack, Sparaco and Winkler. Also present was Lt. Spera.
Chairman Conklin called the meeting to order at 7:47 p.m.
Motion was made by Comsr. Burnham and seconded by Comsr. Sparaco to go into Executive Session to conduct the business and discuss the items on the agenda, and to invite Lt. Spera to attend to give testimony. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Meeting moved to Executive Session at 7:48 p.m.
Lt. Spera entered meeting at 7:48 p.m. and departed at 7:56 p.m.
Meeting returned to open session at 9:12 p.m.
Motion made by Comsr. Dobratz and seconded by Comsr. Winkler to adjourn. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Meeting adjourned at 9:13 p.m.
