Harbour was turned over to the Clinton Police Department. |

Zachary M. Lewin, age 22 of 37 Attawanhood Trail Old Saybrook, CT was issued a Misdemeanor Summons for Operating Under Suspension on Boston Post Rd. Following the traffic stop Lewin was also Arrested and Charged with Failure to Keep a Prescription the Original Container, Possession and Use of Drug Paraphernalia, and Illegal Possession of Marijuana. Lewin was processed and released on a $500 non-surety bond. Lewin is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on August 11, 2009 at 0900 hrs. |
