for failure to renew registration.
16:38 HRS: Elizabeth A. Scott, age 24, of 8 Denmore Lane, Old Saybrook, CT was issued a motor
vehicle summons charging her with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without
insurance, operating without a license, and defective windshield. She is scheduled to appear in court
in Middletown on 05/12/08.
17:05 HRS: William A. Torgeson, age 65, of 65 Maple Avenue, Old Saybrook, CT was arrested and
charged with disorderly conduct under domestic violence laws, and assault 3rd. He was processed
and released on a $1000.00 non-surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in court in Middletown on
05/05/08.

infraction for failure to obey a stop sign.
