1150 HRS Christa Mack, age 73, of 67 Shore Road, Old Lyme CT was issued an Infraction for Failure To Wear A Seatbelt on Elm Street/I-95.
1550 HRS Elizabeth W. Lewis, age 30, of 138 Springbrook Road, Old Saybrook CT was issued an Infraction for Failure To Wear A Seatbelt on Main Street/Sheffield Street.
2045 HRS Michael Suits, age 50, of 43 Meadowood Lane, Old Saybrook CT was Arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct. Suits was processed and released on a $500.00 Non-Surety Bond, and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 09/02/08.
