1114 HRS Joseph Cirillo, age 35, of 5 Fourth Avenue, Old Saybrook CT was Arrested and charged with Driving While Under The Influence, and Failure to Obey A Stop Sign. Cirillo was processed and released on a $500.00 Non-Surety Bond, and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 09/08/08.
1625 HRS Felipe Fontanez, age 47, of 19 Ridgewood Drive, New Britain CT was issued an Infraction for Unreasonable Speed on Main Street/Sheffield Street.
2113 HRS Albenie Gagnon, age 89, of 16 Maxwell Drive, Avon CT was issued an Infraction for Simple Trespass on Pennywise Lane.
