0800 Hrs Victory, Erica, age 27 of 30 Oyster Point Road Old Saybrook, CT was issued a
misdemeanor summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance,
misuse of plates, and loud exhaust @ Old Boston Post Rd & Goodwin and is
scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 10/20/08.
1055 Hrs Garvin, Elise, age 72 of 3 West End Drive Hawks Nest Old Lyme, CT was issued
an infraction for unreasonable speed @ Ingham Hill Road.
1216 Hrs Mackey, Florence, age 49 of 907 Toby Hill Road Westbrook, CT was issued an
infraction for failure to grant right of way @ Elm Street & Lynde Street.
1234 Hrs Wilcox, Carleton, age 83 of 15 Old Mill Road Clinton, Ct was issued a
misdemeanor summons for operating under suspension, and following too close @
Rte 1 & Ocean State Job Lot and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior
Court on 10/20/08.
1619 Hrs Laverty, Amy, age 23 of 16 Lynde Street Old Saybrook, Ct was issued an
infraction for operating a motor vehicle while using a handheld cell phone @ Rte
1 & Railroad Bridge.
A juvenile was arrested and charged with larceny 6th, the juvenile was processed
and released on a written promise to appear in Middletown Superior Court on
10/23/08.
