1151 HRS Roderick D. Lake, Jr., age 36, of 224 Maple Avenue, Old Saybrook CT was issued a Misdemeanor Summons for Failure To Maintain Insurance on Main Street.
Lake is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 10/20/08.
1240 HRS Denise L. Bell-Larsen, age 55, of 9 South Parkway, Clinton CT was issued an
Infraction for Failure To Obey An Overhead Traffic Signal on Rt. 1/Ingham Hill
Road.
1704 HRS Keith Toohey, age 48, of 27 Salt Island Road, Westbrook CT was issued an
Infraction for Failure To Wear A Seatbelt on Rt. 1/Rt. 166.
1759 HRS Heather M. Barone, age 33, of 23 A Plains Road, Apt. 2, Moodus CT was Arrested
and charged with Driving Under The Influence, and Failure To Obey An
Overhead Traffic Signal. Barone was processed and released on a $500.00
Non-Surety Bond, issued a Misdemeanor Summons, and is scheduled to appear in
Middletown Superior Court on 10/20/08.
1840 HRS Brian Bagnati, age 49, of 72 Bokum Road, Old Saybrook CT surrendered himself
to this department on an Active Arrest Warrant held by this department. Bagnati was Arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct. Bagnati was processed and
released on a Written Promise To Appear in Middletown Superior Court on
10/21/08.
1911 HRS Marianne Baumgardner, age 49, of 35 Union Street, Apt. 407, New London CT
surrendered herself to this department on an Active Court Issued Re-Arrest
Warrant. Baumgardner was Arrested and charged with Failure To Appear 2nd.
Baumgardner was processed and released on a $1000.00 Court Set Bond posted
by Power Of Attorney, and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court
on 10/21/08.
