1310 Hrs McCarry, Raymond, age 44 of 9 Fenwood Cicle Old Saybrook,
CT was issued a Misdemeanor Summons for operating an
unregistered motor vehicle, and no insurance @ Rte 1 &
Denmore Lane and is scheduled to appear in Middletown
Superior Court on 10/20/08.

River, CT was issued an infraction for overheard signal
violation @ Rte 1 & River Street.
1720 Hrs Cutler, David, age 52 of 24 West Main Street Clinton, CT was

passing zone, traveling too fast, and driving while intoxicated
