From 0700 HRS. on 10/13/2008 to 0700 HRS. on 10/14/2008
1405 HRS A sixteen year old was issued an Infraction for Allowing a
Person Under The Age Of Sixteen To Operate A Motor Vehicle
on George Drive.
1405 HRS A sixteen year old was Arrested and charged with five (5)
counts of Risk Of Injury To A Minor. The sixteen year old was processed and released on a Written Promise To Appear in
Middletown Superior Court on 10/23/08.
1405 HRS A juvenile was Arrested and charged with four (4) counts of
Risk Of Injury To A Minor, Operating a Motor Vehicle Without
A License, and Use Of A Vehicle Without The Owners
Permission. The juvenile was issued a Juvenile Summons,
and is scheduled to appear before the Juvenile Court on
10/20/08.
1405 HRS A sixteen year old was Arrested and charged with four (4)
counts of Risk Of Injury To A Minor, and Tampering With A
Motor Vehicle. The sixteen year old was processed and
released on a Written Promise To Appear in Middletown
Superior Court on 10/23/08.
