Following an Investigation a 17 Year Old was arrested and charged with Assault 3rd, Breach of Peace 2nd, Sexual Assault 4th, and Unlawful Restraint. The juvenile was released on a $2500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 1/24/2008. |
