1000 HRS Malari McMurtery, age 22, of 11(B) Gail Avenue, Uncasville CT was issued an Infraction for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using While Using a Hand Held Cell Phone on Boston Post Road/Stage Road.
1020 HRS Shana M. Redfield, age 19, of 37 Goosehill Road, Chester CT was issued an Infraction for Failure To Obey an Overhead Traffic Signal on Rt. 1/Old Boston Post Road.
1150 HRS Scott A. Chester, age 74, of 33 Four Mile River Road, Old Lyme CT was issued an Infraction for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle on Old Boston Post Road/Trask Road.
1150 HRS Bethel Beaubien, age 27, of LKA 44 Hartford Avenue, Old Saybrook CT was taken into custody by the Hartford Police Department, and turned over to this department on an Outstanding Warrant. Beaubien was Arrested and charged with Violation of Probation. Beaubien was processed and is being held on a $25,000.00 Court Set Bond at Old Saybrook Police Headquarters pending arraignment in Middletown Superior Court on 01/24/08.
1330 HRS Nancy Joly, age 59, of 463 Joshuatown Road, Hadlyme CT was issued an Infraction for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle on Boston Post Road/Main Street.
2155 HRS Normand C. Thibodeau, age 59, of 64 Schulman Veselak, East Haddam CT was issued an Infraction for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using a Hand Held Cell Phone on Main Street.
2213 HRS Carlos Luis Granda, age 27, of 64 Schoolhouse Road, Old Saybrook CT was issued an Infraction for Operating Without A License on Rt. 1/Stage Road. Granda was also Arrested and charged with Violation of a Protective Order. Granda was processed and released on a $500.00 Non-Surety Bond and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 02/05/08.
