0731 HRS Ian D. Gibson, age 31, of 356 Candlewood Road, Higganum CT was issued an Infraction for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle on Lower Ingham Hill Road.
1229 HRS A sixteen year old was Arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Main Street. The sixteen year old was processed and released on a Written Promise To Appear, and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court as a Youthful Offender on 02/21/08.
1420 HRS Joseph D. Lanoue, age 58, of 79 Prospect Street #2, Norwich CT was issued an Infraction for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using a Hand Held Cell Phone on Main Street.
1930 HRS A seventeen year old was issued an Infraction for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle on Rt. 1/River Street.
2120 HRS Jennifer M. Boudreau, age 34, of 9 Martin Drive, Clinton CT was issued and Infraction for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using a Hand Held Cell Phone on Boston Post Road/River Street.
