1605 HRS Pamela S. Novitsky, age 45, of 79 Fairview Drive, Madison CT was issued an Infraction for Failure To Obey an Overhead Traffic Signal and Failure To Carry a Drivers License on Rt. 1/Schoolhouse Road.
1635 HRS Phillip J. Mongillo, Jr., age 83, of 17 E Z Street, Westbrook CT was issued an Infraction for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle on Elm Street/Ingham Hill Road.
2040 HRS John J. Dunn, Jr., age 54, of 158 Sebec Street, Hamden CT was issued an Infraction for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using a Hand Held Cell Phone on Rt. 1/River Street.
0532 HRS Brandon T. McClellan, age 28, of 100 Essex Road, Room 327, Old Saybrook CT surrendered himself to this department on Outstanding Warrant(s) being held by this agency. McClellan was Arrested and charged with two counts of Violation of Probation. McClellan was processed and is being held on a $50,000.00 Court Set Bond pending arraignment in Middletown Superior Court on 02/07/08.
