1110 HRS Francisco J. Padilla-Martinez, age 38, of 161 Boston Post Road, Waterford CT was issued an Infraction for Operating Without a License and a Crosswalk Violation on Main Street/St. John’s Church.
1357 HRS Michael D. Foreman, age 23, of 170 Pokorney Road, Higganum CT was Arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Boston Post Road/Elm Street. Foreman was processed and released on a $500.00 Non-Surety Bond and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 02/19/08. Foreman was also issued an Infraction for Failure To Obey an Overhead Traffic Signal, Failure To Display a Front Marker Plate, and was cited for having a Defective Windshield.
1709 HRS John G. Morinelli, age 46, of 35 Vincent Avenue, Old Saybrook CT was issued an Infraction for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Making an Improper Left Turn on Rt. 1/King Street.
