1145 HRS Michael G. Henderson, age 30, of 236 Clover Street, Stratford CT was issued a Misdemeanor Summons for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Failure To Carry Insurance, Misuse of Plates, and Operating While Under Suspension. Henderson is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 02/25/08.
1257 HRS Nancy A. Bottiglieri, age 59, of 3 Captains Drive, Westbrook CT was issued an Infraction for Unreasonable Speed on Rt. 1/Vista Terrace.
1418 HRS Alan D. Cleyton, age 28, of 44 West Main Street, Apt. 11, Clinton CT was issued an Infraction for Operating Without A License on Lower Ingham Hill Road.
1650 HRS Kyle Lufkin, age 25, of 1 Slater Avenue, Apt.#2, Norwich CT was Arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Ingham Hill Road. Lufkin was processed and released on two (2) $500.00 Non-Surety Bonds. Lufkin was also issued a Misdemeanor Summons for Improper Display of Marker Plates, Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Failure To Maintain Insurance, and Operating While Under Suspension. Lufkin is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 02/26/08.
1828 HRS Ellen N. Pertesis, age 28, of 74 Fenwood Drive, Old Saybrook CT was issued an Infraction for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using a Hand Held Cell Phone on Rt. 1/Main Street.
