0930 HRS James M. Tedford, age 28, of 61 Cedar Swamp Road, Deep River CT was issued a Misdemeanor Summons for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Displaying an Expired Registration Sticker, Failure To Carry Insurance, and Operating While Under Suspension on Rt. 154/Bokum Road. Tedford is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 02/25/08.
1049 HRS Erin Lynn Cannata, age 25, of 33 Cinnamon Ridge, Old Saybrook CT was Arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on River Street. Cannata was processed and released on a $500.00 Non-Surety Bond, and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 02/26/08.
1457 HRS Jesse James Trester, age 18, of 20 Ford Drive, Old Saybrook CT was Arrested on an Outstanding Re-Arrest Warrant for Failure To Appear 2nd. Trester was processed and released on a $1000.00 Court Set Bond, and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 02/26/08
