1615 HRS Elisabeth P. Mauri, age 20, of 19 Oak Knoll Road, East Hampton CT was issued an Infraction for Operating a motor Vehicle While Using a Hand Held Cell Phone on Rt. 1/Elm Street.
1656 HRS Matthew P. Stoto, age 23, of 104 C Brookwood Drive, Rocky Hill CT was issued an Infraction for Failure To Wear A Seatbelt on Rt. 1/King Street.
1753 HRS Brian Peterson, age 28, of 84 Old Nod Road, Clinton CT was issued an Infraction for Operating Without A License on Rt. 1/Captains Lane.
1957 HRS Anthony J. Viti, age 60, of 25 Elm Street was Arrested on an Outstanding Re-Arrest Warrant for Failure To Respond To An Infraction. Viti was processed and released after posting a $228.00 Cash Bond, and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 03/11/08.
