1400 HRS James D. Spielman, age 47, of 51 Town Beach Road, Old Saybrook CT was issued an Infraction for Simple Trespass on Elm Street/Amtrak Railroad Property.
1540 HRS A juvenile was Arrested and charged with Assault 3rd . The said juvenile was referred to Juvenile Authorities/Juvenile Diversion Board.
2133 HRS Carlos L. Granda, age 26, of 64 Schoolhouse Road, Old Saybrook CT was issued an Infraction for Operating Without A License on Rt. 1/Lynde Street.
