1005 HRS William A. Mauro, age 33, of 5 Dwayne Road, Old Saybrook CT was issued an Infraction for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle on Rt. 1/King Street.
1109 HRS Michael Chiasson, age 44, of 19 Whitewood Street, Old Saybrook CT surrendered himself to this department on Outstanding Arrest Warrants held by this department. Chiasson was Arrested and charged with Risk of Injury To A Minor, Criminal Attempt (2), Sexual Assault 4th, Sale of Tobacco To A Minor, and Breach of Peace. Chiasson was processed and released on a $10, 000.00 Cash-Surety Bond, and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 03/11/08.
