0958 HRS Karen M. Pawelek, age 40, of 6 Clover Road, Clinton CT was issued an Infraction for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using a Hand Held Cell Phone on Rt. 1/Old Post Road.
1000 HRS Hope D. Klausen, age 18, of 123 Glenwood Road, Clinton CT was issued an Infraction for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using a Hand Held Cell Phone on Rt. 1/Elm Street.
1109 HRS Patrick A. Nutt, age 42, of 86 Pratt Road, Clinton CT was Arrested and charged with Possession of Narcotics, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Narcotics within 1500 Feet of an Elementary School, and Possession of Marijuana within 1500 Feet of an Elementary School. Nutt was also issued a Misdemeanor Summons for Failure To Wear A Seatbelt, Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Misuse of Plates, and Failure to Display a Front Marker Plate. Nutt was processed and released on a $5000.00 Non-Surety Bond, and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 03/25/08.
2200 HRS Lisa Paredes, age 26, of 1418 Boston Post Road, Westbrook CT was issued an Infraction for Unreasonable Speed, and Operating Without A License on Rt. 1/Baum Avenue.
