1220 HRS Heidi Bard, age 29, of 130 Boston Post Road, East Lyme CT was issued an Infraction for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using a Hand Held Cell Phone on Boston Post Road/Stage Road.
1250 HRS Carlos Lopez, age 21, of 25 Main Street, Deep River CT was issued an Infraction for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using a Hand Held Cell Phone on Rt. 154/Connally Drive.
1605 HRS Marcos M. Santana, age 27, of 557 N Roast Meat Hill Road, Killingworth CT was issued an Infraction for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, and Operating Without A License on Rt. 1/Captains Lane.
1915 HRS Audra L. Bailey, age 21, of 6 Knollwood Drive, Apt. D, Clinton CT was Arrested and charged with Breach of Peace 2nd under the Domestic Violence Act. Bailey was processed and released on a $500.00 Non-Surety Bond, and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 03/14/08.
1915 HRS John Royea, age 22, of 6 Knollwood Drive, Apt. D, Clinton CT was Arrested and charged with Breach of Peace 2nd under the Domestic Violence Act. Royea was processed and released on a $500.00 Non-Surety Bond, and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 03/14/08.
2055 HRS Kerri A. Phillips, age 45, of 65 Ingham Hill Road, Old Saybrook CT surrendered herself to this department on an Outstanding Arrest Warrant. Phillips was Arrested and charged with Larceny 6th. Phillips was processed and released on a Written Promise To Appear in Middletown Superior Court on 03/25/08.
