10:11 HRS: Malcom Hill, age 43, of 55 Coulter Street, Old Saybrook, CT was issued an infraction for Failure to Wear a Seatbelt on Elm St./Industrial Park
12:48 HRS: Hendrick Van Rossem, age 33, of Eddie Circle/LaBella Circle, Middletown, CT was arrested and charged with, Breach of Peace 2nd, Stalking 3rd, and Threatening 2nd. Van Rossem was processed and is being held at the Old Saybrook Police Department on a $5000.00 bond pending arraignment on 3/17/08.
16:24 HRS: Wendy Russell, age 44, of 121 Whippoorwill Rd, Old Lyme, CT was issued an infraction for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using a Hand Held Cell Phone on Main Street and Maynard Road.
