Christie, age 41, of 35 Merchants Avenue, Taftville CT was issued a Misdemeanor Summons for Failure To Obey A Stop Sign, Failure To Display a Front Marker Plate, and Operating While Under Suspension on Rt. 154/Rt. 9 Off Ramp. Christie is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 04/07/08.
1415 HRS William E. Newhouse, age 20, of 123 West Main Street, Clinton CT was issued an Infraction for Making an Unsafe Start From A Standing Position on Main Street/Rt. 1.
1430 HRS Eliezer Gonzalez, age 46, of 158 Smith Drive, East Hartford CT was issued a Misdemeanor Summons for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Failure To Carry Insurance , and Operating While Under Suspension on Rt. 1/Main Street. Gonzalez is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 04/07/08.
1624 HRS Nicholas R. Brown, age 24, of 219 Condon Avenue, Buffalo NY was issued an Infraction for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle on Rt. 1/Stage Road.
1957 HRS Denise M. Mangino, age 37, of 9 JoAnne Street, Niantic CT was taken into custody and Arrested on five (5) Court Issued Re-Arrest Warrants for Failure To Appear 1st (2) Counts, Failure To Appear 2nd (2) Counts, and Failure To Respond To An Infraction (1) Count. Mangino was processed and is being held on a total of $70,000.00 Bond on all counts at Old Saybrook Police Headquarters pending arraignment in Middletown Superior Court on 03/31/08.
