1405 HRS Dana Brown, age 33, of 10 Egypt Lane, Clinton CT was issued an Infraction for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using a Hand Held Cell Phone on Boston Post Road/Rt. 166.
1626 HRS Denise M. Mangino, age 37, of 9 JoAnne Street, Niantic CT was Arrested while in custody at Old Saybrook Police Headquarters and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mangino was issued a Misdemeanor Summons and will appear in Middletown Superior Court on 03/31/08, where she will answer numerous other charges as well as this charge. Mangino continues to be held at Old Saybrook Police Headquarters, pending arraignment in Middletown Superior Court.
