1547 HRS A seventeen year old was issued an Infraction for Unreasonable Speed on Great Hammock Road/Oyster Point Road.
1742 HRS A seventeen year old was issued an Infraction for Unreasonable Speed on Lower Ingham Hill Road.
1745 HRS Gary W. Freberg, age 58, of 5 Oak Street, Lyme CT was issued an Infraction for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using a Hand Held Cell Phone on Rt. 1/Schoolhouse Road.
1855 HRS A seventeen year old was issued an Infraction for Unreasonable Speed on Rt. 154/I-95.
0305 HRS Jean Phillipe Poulard, age 23, of 18 Cottage Place, Old Saybrook CT was Arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Strangulation 2nd, and Interfering With a 911 Call. Poulard was processed and released on a $2500.00 Non-Surety Bond and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 04/15/08.
