1244 HRS Jeanne C. Czikowski, age 59, of 38 Cedarwood Lane, Old Saybrook CT was issued an Infraction for Failure To Obey A Stop Sign on Elm Street/Old Saybrook Shopping Center.
1732 HRS Dillon Dabbs, age 18, of 34 Pepperidge Trail, Old Saybrook CT was issued an Infraction for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using a Hand Held Cell Phone on Rt. 1/Old Boston Post Road.
1744 HRS Michael W. Birch, age 42, of 36 Harris Road Extension, Salem CT was Arrested and charged with Possession and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on Ferry Road/State Boat Launch. Birch was issued a Misdemeanor Summons, and was released on a Written Promise To Appear in Middletown Superior Court on 04/22/08.
2112 HRS James E. Husted, Jr., age 43, of 275 Essex Road, Old Saybrook CT was issued a Misdemeanor Summons for a Headlight Violation, and Operating While Under Suspension on Rt. 154/I-95.
