17:05 HRS: Kathleen Brinker, age 45, of 4 Bayview Avenue, Old Saybrook, CT. was issued an Infraction for Unreasonable Speed on Plum Bank Rd.
18:09 HRS: Raulee Ortiz, age 26, of 107 Old Nod Road, Clinton, CT. was issued an Infraction for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle at Rt. 1/Old Boston Post Rd.
19:40 HRS: Joseph A Gacioch, age 19, of 409 West Street, Middletown, CT. was issued an Infraction for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and issued a Misdemeanor Summons for, Operating Under Suspension, No Front Plate, Defective Muffler, Unsafe Lane Change. Gacioch was also charged with 3 counts of Weapons In A Motor Vehicle, and Criminal Trespass 1, on Rt. 1/Main St. Gacioch was processed and released on a $1000.00 Bond and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 04/22/08.
