15:13 HRS Gordon Garvin, age 19, of 5 Prospect St, Old Lyme, CT was Issued an Infraction for
Unsafe Distance following an accident at Springbrook Road and Boston Post Road.
01:30 HRS: Nancy C Taboada, age 54, of 58 Chittenden Road, Killingworth, CT was arrested and charged with Speeding and Driving Under the Influence on Boston Post Road. Taboada was processed and released on a $500.00 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 05/05/08.
