1906 Hrs	Christine F. Branch, age 50 of 7 Oak Street, Old Saybrook, CT was issued an Infraction for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle on Route One @ Old Boston Post Road.
0100 Hrs	Vincent Bianca, age 54 of 1 Labella Circle, Middletown, CT was Arrested on the strength of a Warrant held by the Waterbury Police Department. Bianca was taken into custody and turned over to the Waterbury Police Department.
