Coming this summer (2016)

More accurate parcel boundaries - more accurate parcel boundaries are being added by Applied Geographics, our MapGeo vendor
Fire Protection - fire hydrant and draft water sources locations
Recreation facilities - hiking trails, ball fields, parks, beaches, coastal access sites and other recreational facilities

Coming this winter (2016-2017)

Very high resolution April 2016 color aerial imagery - through a program funded by the state, 3" resolution aerial imagery was collected in April 2016. These data are undergoing post-collection processing and quality control checks before being delivered to towns sometime around the end of the year 2016. The imagery will be 4 times more detailed that the 2012 imagery currently online.
Elevation data - along with new high resolution aerial imagery, the state also contracted for high resolution LiDAR data.  LiDAR uses airborne lasers to very accurately measure land surface elevations. These data will be used to produce 1' contour lines which will be added to MapGeo.

Previously Added

Parcels - parcels have been updated to the October 2015 Grand List
Condominiums - you can now click on a condo unit to retrieve ownership data or you can search by owner name, unit #, etc.
High Wind Debris Line - a red dashed line 1 mile from LIS has been added to the base map. Construction south of the line requires shatter resistent windows
Street Numbers - street numbers - in a green italic font - have been added to the base map and become visible when you zoom in
Wastewater Management Districts
2012 aerial photography - this imagery is very detailed and was collected in April 2012
Buildings and paved areas (derived from the 2012 aerial imagery) are now shown on the Base Map.
