Mother Daughter Night Out

Get ready for change! Join us for a fun, informational night designed to give girls a better understanding of the changes their body will go through during puberty. Topics will also include the importance of maintaining a positive body image and how to deal with difficult situations that may arise during this dynamic time.
This program is for girls in 5th grade and their mothers. Cost is $25.00 per pair and includes resource materials, goodie bags and a pizza dinner. Patty Cournoyer, a local middle school health educator facilitates this course.
