We are one of the oldest towns in the state, incorporated on July 8,1854.   We have a long history dating back to 1635, when we began as an independent colony known as the Saybrook Plantation.

of your Social Security Number.

To set you own personal password:
1)      Log in to EAC using your initial password.
2)      Hover the mouse over the down arrow next to your name in
        the upper left of the window and select "Preferences".
3)      Enter your initial password, and your new password (twice) .
